I have done all head cleaning and flushing the nozzle check comes out perfect but when I print an image the magenta color does not print, but it does on the nozzle check? Can you help determine why ? Thank you

Hello, I have full ink, but when I print an image, I get black horizonal lines going across and through the printed image. I've tried everything I know to correct this. Also all the test prints colors come out well as for the colors but the black lines are still there. Can you please help?

Hi My sawgrass sg500 was not in use for a while. I recently I brought new ink and a new waste container. It’s printing but pages are blank. There was a very small amount of yellow that printed. I’ve done the head cleaning, flushing and nozzle checks. Any suggestions?

What happens to the extra ink that gets flushed out during the head flush? Does it get put into an internal compartment that needs to be emptied? Thanks!!
What this video will not tell you that it flushes away so much ink into the waste tank. This does two things. A: It waste sooo much ink. And Sawgrass ink is sooo expensive for the small amount that you get compared to others on the market. B: The waste tank the ink flushes into fills up too quick. And again, the price of Sawgrass waste tanks cost so much (I now use 3rd party waste tanks at a third of the price of Sawgrass). People need to add these costs into their printing. In the end you spend more money than you think printing with Sawgrass. You can leave it plugged in if you don't use it much and the maintenance will take care of any clogging. But again, the amount of waste is a lot of ink and fills up the tank. I am looking at a different model now because of this.

Hi When I print from my sublimation printer I get a reddish outline around my prints on sublimation paper not sure why this is happening? it is like a reddish ghosting on the paper

All ink used in a head flush or clean is sent to the waste unit! There is no need for the waste unit to be emptied!
