    You're a really great teacher, and that's coming from someone with a teaching background! :-) I love the simplicity and clarity with which you explain each movement, as well as the important details about form and weight transfer. I just found this channel and I am sooooo excited about all of this content. Thank you for inspiring me to dance again daily. ;-)

    this is by far the most informative video on twerking i’ve ever seen!! you actually explain what muscle groups we should and shouldn’t move. the only thing is those lights flickering is driving me CRAZYYYY😅 i started getting a headache halfway through the video

    This is the most complete glutes and thigh workout 🏋🏼‍♀️ I’ve done in a while and I hit the gym everywhere week boxing and doing hiit. Dance is still the most complete workout IMO🎉

    I just started trying to do squats again because my knee is shredded - but I’m excited to find this video and try to work my way up to this. Thank you for explaining each movement detailed the way you do in this video. Even with your expert guidance, I can’t promise I’ll get there but it gives me a base to build from! That’s exciting for someone with garbage knees and uncoordinated as myself. I’ll never be you or Megan the Stallion (among countless other beautiful dancers) - but I’m ok with that!! I’ve got a jumping off point & something to work with & towards. So, I’m grateful for that! Thanks again!

    I think my problem is, is I cannot stop engaging the glutes and all when doing the popping so I get no jiggle/bounce at all. :( flat booty girl problems. 😂😂😂😂
