Sorry, but negative. Do some research and you will find that most peanut butters are bad for you. They use palm oil which is an inflammatory and the sugar is bad also. Natural peanut butter with salt and peanuts only is what's healthy.

You left out the part about eating the "Natural" peanut butter...they type you need to stir with the oils on top. The processed peanut butters are no better than a candy bar....just a thought..

It is very important to eat ONLY natural & additive-free peanut butter! Read the labels before you buy, please. Most commercial peanut butter contains added glucose (sugar), added salt, some have added dextrose (more sugar), etc. Buy only the Natural kind that you have to stir the oil into it, then store in refrigerator after you stir it well. You don’t want it to become rancid over time by storing it at room temperature! If you eat only the processed stuff with additives, you are actually doing yourself more harm than good!
A diabetic proved that even Jiffy peanut butter doesn't raised your blood sugar. He spread peanut butter on a slice of whole grain bread and a slice of apple and blood sugar was balance and lowered after 2 hours.

I like to add a scoop of PB to my protein shakes along w/ oat milk, chia seeds, walnuts, & ice. I notice I tend to stay full for the better part of the day
If you are allergic, definitely stay away from peanuts! I am wondering, is it just peanuts? Bread has mold, Grapes have mold, and mold is in the air. (You can capture wild yeast out of the air to make sourdough bread.) I wish you well in all things! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌
During 2021 my hunger levels went whacky but I attribute to peanut butter (and yes my stubborness) my capacity to at first resist and then even enjoy the feeling of hunger. I took the glucose test, the one where they ask you to eat, and I had peanuts. Being severely sleep deprived can cause issues with spikes but in my case, it barely registered it. I love how we can stay resilient and antifragile in the face of adversity, when we eat right, meditate and surround ourselves with people pushing for wholesome excellence. Hurray for penuts helping us during this journey!

They only use glass jars and you can order in bulk to insane amounts. They also carry butter from organic Valencia peanuts, which are considered the best and safest peanuts to consume. Ask for their manager, Agnès. She's great!
I have been making my own peanut butter for many years. I purchase a 16 oz. jar of either salted, lightly salted, or unsalted peanuts in the grocery store, place this whole jar in my Ninja blender (VitaMix would be perfect too) and turn it on. That's it... I add NO oil or anything else! I pulse it a while, scrape it down and continue until it's either crunchy or creamy... whichever you prefer. I then place it in a glass jar, and place in my fridge... easy peasy and takes only 15 minutes from start to finish. There is no layer of yucky oil settling on top of the jar (that you see in "natural" brands in the grocery store that have to be stirred in 😝 Once refrigerated, it never gets rock hard either... I enjoy it on cut up apples, stuffed celery (yum), and sometimes on crackers. One could probably make other nut butters using this method and without all that added oil. Thanks Doc... I enjoy your videos and I hope you don't mind that I wanted to share this PB method.
In the Yogic tradition , peanuts are considered toxic unless soaked for a minimum of 6 hours , then they become the most perfect food ,must be soaked first🥰 There are some yogis that live strictly on peanuts because its such a powerhouse of a food🥰

I by organic peanut butter from waitrose no palms oils veg oils nothing. I eat it on a toasted defrosted bagel with a sliced banana on it. Sometimes in my porridge which increases fibre
I make a nut butter with the healthier nuts- pistachios, walnuts, pecans, Costco’s sprouted raw organic pumpkin seeds, use avocado or MCT oil, bit quality salt, 1/2 tsp CEYLON cinnamon, 1/2 tsp allulose. You could use macadamia too if your not concerned about the cost or fat level. Peanuts, almonds WITH THE BROWN SKIN are filled with lectins. Cashews part of the poison ivy family may- not positive are also high in lectins. If you’re working on your gut biome these are important points. That said I do love pnut butter😁 myself so treat myself once in long while with a little as a special occasion.

I ate banana and peanut butter everyday for about 10 years. I feel that I have become allergic to banana, peanut butter, avacado, nuts and seeds and anything with vinegar or fermented. I feel that I eat very healthy and mostly unprocessed foods. I am also unable to digest red meat. Do you have any suggestions?

The ONLY safe Peanutbutter to eat is the Valencia peanuts ! 🥜 This type of Peanut grows above the ground. It has no toxic mold in it.

Peanuts is the only word you want to see in the ingredient list. The word hydrogenated disqualifies the jar.
