  • The Suzuki Ertiga is a mainstay on our roads. It’s popular among entry-level seven-seat MPVs, but with so many new contenders popping up in this segment, the challenge is to give new car buyers something different.
    Enter the 2023 Suzuki Ertiga Hybrid, the first hybrid in its class. This was launched in the region last year and was also previewed during the 2022 Philippine International Motor Show, and at last, it’s now being launched officially in the local market. Watch our preview to see our first impressions and find out what this MPV has to offer in terms of fuel economy, tech, and other features.

      Basically yes. As stated, fuel savings are just almost the same as the competition, more or less so there's that. Aside for the new tech, nothing else actually

    IMO, 7-seaters should always have a fold & tumble second row seats.🧐 And I wonder why Suzuki didn't put a center armrest for the driver?🤔 So he can always keep both hands on the wheel?😓

    They're trying to sell a start/stop system as a hybrid which this is not.

      If it has regenerative braking and lithium battery to store energy then it is a hybrid albeit a mild hybrid.

    • @gentlemanparrot
      @gentlemanparrot ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It is a hybrid, albeit a "mild hybrid". @lawrences.6298 is right, as long as a vehicle has an electric motor with an on-board lithium ion battery (not the motolite kind) that is both generating and providing power alongside the normal gasoline engine, and has regenerative functions, then it becomes a hybrid.

    Abit misleading on the " Hybrid" part. It is just mild hybrid like the Okavango. It doesnt even run on pure EV

      Hybrid compose of ICE engine and battery working together.. EV is run by electric motor supplied by battery, no ICE engine.
