Beautiful example of a Laguna Seca! Mine is a 2013 in black but also was missing the splitter. I can recommend Gorilla splitters. I got one made in aluminum that I plan to install. Mine came with the hardware to install which helps. You can also find carbon fiber splitters which are equally appealing. Oil changes are a bit of a challenge with the transmission cooler but not insurmountable. Hang on to that car!

Thanks for the suggestions. I need to look into those options.

Congrats on your new ride! Would have been cool if you had touched on the very unique traits that make up the Laguna Seca model. I'll rattle off a few: short throw shifter, beefed up clutch, 3:73 gear ratio with limited slip Torsen diff rear end, wider wheels than standard Boss 302, quad pipes with 2 exiting under the doors nascar style and two out the back. The side pipes have removable discs/ baffles to release the full sound and fury. 5 way adjustable suspension, thicker sway / roll bars, (transmission air scoop, massive splitter, brake cooling ducts, those 3 items not shown on yours but came with car) track apps and red key unleashing the full potential of the car and reducing any nanny type aids, larger rear spoiler than regular Boss, R compound Pirelli tires, and on all Boss models the engine is anything but a standard 5.0 like you mentioned. It's very special version of the Coyote but dubbed the Roadrunner. It features a 7,500 RPM redline, unique high rise intake, high lift cams, CNC machined heads, forged engine internals, hollow stem sodium filled valves, and so much more that I can't begin to elaborate on.
You mentioned your wheels were not stock so it's cool that you found some. Also your rear springs have been lowered on your car by PO. The Laguna Seca sat lower than the regular Boss but the rear end was always high in case owners traveled with luggage. I actually do travel with luggage so don't mind the height. As you mentioned, the car is very special to drive and it's impossible to explain. 30 seconds in the saddle is all that is required to get it! Enjoy.

That carbon fiber Parnelli Jones Airaid Intake is super rare.

Would you mind listing the specs of your wheels? I’ve got a ‘12 Boss 302 and looking at swapping out the wheels. I really like the LS OEM wheels. Beautiful car.

This is one of my favorite of your "newer" cars. Nicely done review! Here's another favorite review of this model from the early days of a TH-camr who makes his living reviewing cars for 10 years now - th-cam.com/video/xLjxZkh2O4U/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NW8JSVPqrSAcPBiP

That was a cool video. I enjoyed his enthusiasm. It was neat to see a review of this car that is already nine years old.
