Honestly I love this family. They might have been a little clueless in the beginning but in the middle/end they really came together and were finally a better family and proud of the dog they own. I love how the dad was so proud of his dog! It was so pure!!❤️
I lived in my sister's house for a time, and she had the cutest little Yorkie. Her name was Ginger. When she heard me come in after work Ginger would run over, lie down on her back and beg me to rub her belly. She also knew that sometimes I brought food home from work, so she'd follow me into my room. I'd share a little with her. When the food was gone I'd tell her "Okay sweetie, it's gone." She'd glare at me and stamp her feet: "What do you mean it's gone?" She just couldn't believe it.
OMG Molly was so cute when she sat at the 'sit' command. So was Bailey. what a transformation! I love how proud the couple was of their dogs' progress.
I don't want to be that person, but garlic is now known as poisonous for dogs and cats. This is an old episode, so at the time mixing in some garlic might have been a good advice (and technically a very very small amount is okay), but that should be done with caution.
@@ivorythebashful bacon grease, meat stock just poured into dry food a tad, searing wet food... there's a lot of good alternatives that may even be easier than crushing the tinieat bit of garlic

These parents spoil everything they touch. They don’t understand dogs need a routine and leadership to feel content and happy otherwise like Bailey they assume leadership which is very stressful for them. At least they were open to rectify the problem and train their dog eventually. The mum is to blame. It’s in a way selfish thing to do. You need to do what’s best for the dog and the family and that’s training and sticking to a routine. Dogs are eager to please and enjoy training as they are interacting with their owners. I’m glad Bailey is doing much better now. So it’s great they were willing to put in changes to benefit everyone.
@@starkiss77they’re not as bad you make out. Mum took responsibility for everything she did and understood it was her bad practices that got them to this place
I gotta say that the dog eating from the table thing is definitely ridiculous, but when it comes to small behavioral things like play time and how to sit on the couch, I don't think too many people would notice right away what the issue is unless if they were testing it out on a daily basis with different techniques. Then again, you could say something like simple research would probably be of benefit. At least these owners were on the same page and clearly loved their dog to bits despite his small and easy to fix issues :)
@@PorkiFerret True, and they also were quite quick in fixing it once they knew. What I meant was things like the fact that they take him into the bed when he behaves so badly there. It just makes no sense to me and clearly neither to the dog 😀
People seem to never realize. Dogs are alive. You need to work with them. You need to win their trust. And owner needs to reward and reprimand to teach them. Do you let your children tell you want to do. They say no to school you don't take them?
+Q Speed Racer-In a way, raising a little child is not too far removed from raising a dog. Depending on your point of view, one of them is far easier. For me, that would easily be dogs. :D. Because all dogs deep down want to make their owners happy and look for ways to please them. Kids don't always have that incentive, they're not to please you, and they will decide they're just going to do whatever they want whenever they want. I've actually faced that kind of problem with my first niece. She is a bright, sweet little girl, but she is also larger than life and VERY demanding. I was one of the few people willing to tell her early on NO. Not because I didn't love her but because she needed to know that she can't always get what she wants. The first few years of her life, because very people were willing to tell her no, she just went into complete meltdown tantrums, and/or ran over, cried to Mommy or Nana, knowing that they would probably give her what she wanted. It took years to get my mom and my sister to agree to tell her no. She's finally accepted it better that she can't always get what she wants, but it is still a huge struggle to get her to want to listen. Likewise with dogs, you have to set rules early on. You have to be willing to tell a dog NO. That like a baby, dogs can't always get what they want whenever they want. Be firm but be gentle. Having rules in place helps the kids/dogs and actually makes them far happier.
I love it. You can tell that even though the dad is frustrated, he genuinely loves the dog. I have a yorkie so I’m definitely taking notes on training!!
I really loved this episode bc it showcases how much Victoria genuinely loves dogs! It's easy to forget she's a dog lover when she's imposing rules and training them, but this episode really showed she trains them bc she loves them and wants them to have a better life.
Victoria is so amazing with these dogs. At the beginning of most of the shows, I'm so annoyed!!!!! But by the end, I'm totally amazed by her magic!! Absolutely love this show! You're the best ever Victoria!!!
That is a really good husband. I love it when he was saying that they both catered to his behavior. There were plenty of episodes where one partner just blames the other and it was so nice to see him be kind and supportive to his spouse.
This is one of the best episode of this channel. The owner must accept their faults and limitations and should be flexible in learning new things. Only then Victoria can help them. Such a lovely family. God bless them
The speed she taught it to sit !! Proof that directing your dog's energy into learning is great, and being home all the time and all this negativity can be turned into positive traning Victoria is amazing.
Little Molly is so cute! I love how Victoria showed them at such a young age how quickly she can learn. Also Bailey got a little sister to keep him company.
But only that this show is much calmer. True, the dogs bark really loud, but for me it's worse hearing a kid scream out the top of their lungs, screeching as if they were being slaughtered. 😅 So I'm gonna stick with this show, it's less stressful for me xD
How to emasculate your husband 1 Let your dog attack him whenever you both want to be intimate together 2 show the dog more love and affection than your husband 3 display obvious signs that you will choose your dog over your husband
My first encounter with any dog was a yorkie and yeah. They are something else. There’s something about yorkies, Pomeranians and chihuahuas that make them believe they are wolves. 150lbs wolves.
yes!! i groom them and honestly they are crazier than what people think all pitbulls are like... ive been bitten by yorkies, schnauzers, and chihuahuas more than any big dog
Kiki Aleaki oh trust me i know. I’ve got a pretty well behaved shih tzu but everytime i hear someone talk about the breed they always say how mean they are. I’m like no! They aren’t! You just don’t know how to take care of them! I mean, who lets a 20lb dog bully them?
hot bread folks seem to be of the opinion that a small dog won’t bite so they just don’t train them. I’ve never been bitten by a big dog but i have been shredded by a tiny one.
Shinji Ikari i honestly don’t understand that mindset. “My youngest child is like 50 lbs, that’s too small to parent.” Like what? Of course you shouldn’t treat dogs like humans, but they’re very similar in the simplest things. Train the damn dog so it doesn’t become a spoiled brat later on.
He made Victoria blush at the end, just adorable. I thought the puppy Molly was cute, just goes to show training at a young age will be even more helpful.
Why doesn’t the women just put the dog outside the bedroom ? She lets her dog act that way and encourages it. As a big dog owner who rescues dog with different issues it bothers me to see this little dog is seen as cute and protective but a big dog would would be seen as dangerous and aggressive doing the same behavior. Crazy.
People think its “cute”. My neighbors chihuahua runs loose and attacks peoples ankles who jog by. If my doberman did that it would be making front page news and my dog destroyed. People always say “well, a Doberman can do more damage”. Does that matter? The small dog is still biting, and my grandma was actually bit on the face by a small dog and needed stitches and almost lost her eye. So, they can do damage, and breaking skin (no matter the damage) is not good. But its “sooo cute, he thinks he is tough”...
I watched this whole episode with a huge smile on my face...this family is so nice they LOVE their sweet Bailey so much!! Lovely lovely family!! Xxxxxx
This seems like a really nice family. A lot of the episodes I've seen have families who don't accept responsibility for what's happening, or who blame each other. Why do none of these dog owners seem to have doors in their homes? Just close the damn door and do the deed.
But that dog is terrible, also. Because of the owners. No wonder small breeds get a bad rep.
MCheesesushi small breeds get a bad rep? I always hear people talk about about yorkies, corgis, and other small breeds like they’re little angels.
That's what I wonder. They can't sleep, they can't eat, etc... Close the door, put up a baby gate... Use your brains!

I love that Phil genuinely enjoyed training Bailey and got so happy whenever he learned a new command.
the first lesson with the couch 10:43 adorable reaction 😂😂😂
I lived in my sister's house for a time, and she had the cutest little Yorkie. Her name was Ginger. When she heard me come in after work Ginger would run over, lie down on her back and beg me to rub her belly. She also knew that sometimes I brought food home from work, so she'd follow me into my room. I'd share a little with her. When the food was gone I'd tell her "Okay sweetie, it's gone." She'd glare at me and stamp her feet: "What do you mean it's gone?" She just couldn't believe it.

I don't want to be that person, but garlic is now known as poisonous for dogs and cats. This is an old episode, so at the time mixing in some garlic might have been a good advice (and technically a very very small amount is okay), but that should be done with caution.
Haenah Kim .... I was thinking the same !
I think a better smelling bit you can add to dog food is bacon juice.
@@ivorythebashful bacon grease, meat stock just poured into dry food a tad, searing wet food... there's a lot of good alternatives that may even be easier than crushing the tinieat bit of garlic
I sprinkle a wee bit of dried Parmesan cheese. It’s high in calcium and protein and my chihuahua loves it on her kibble.
Lost In Nevermore I did some research and discovered that a large amount of garlic can be poisonous, not necessarily a tiny bit of juice but I would still recommend bacon or meat juice.
This is it!!! They are the best owners to have ever been on the show!!!!!! They absolutely took Victoria's advice and followed it to the T

Piatequila 😐
@Piatequila she's probably spoiled just like the pup
These parents spoil everything they touch. They don’t understand dogs need a routine and leadership to feel content and happy otherwise like Bailey they assume leadership which is very stressful for them. At least they were open to rectify the problem and train their dog eventually. The mum is to blame. It’s in a way selfish thing to do. You need to do what’s best for the dog and the family and that’s training and sticking to a routine. Dogs are eager to please and enjoy training as they are interacting with their owners. I’m glad Bailey is doing much better now. So it’s great they were willing to put in changes to benefit everyone.
@@shawbrothersgirl2740 not probably. She IS spoiled.
@@starkiss77they’re not as bad you make out. Mum took responsibility for everything she did and understood it was her bad practices that got them to this place
It's always fascinating how grown up functioning adults can have such a huge clusterf** common sense blind spot when it comes to their dogs.
A lot of people just assume if you treat a dog nice it will grow up into a well behaved dog without any work.
Not to mention the amount of guys feeling embarrassed about their tiny dogs.
They are almost certainly lacking common sense in other areas as well
I gotta say that the dog eating from the table thing is definitely ridiculous, but when it comes to small behavioral things like play time and how to sit on the couch, I don't think too many people would notice right away what the issue is unless if they were testing it out on a daily basis with different techniques.
The kissing on the mouth makes me cringe 😂
And the eating from people's forks. I love my Yorkie to death, but if he would only eat from forks, ohh boy he is going to have to get used to hunger.

@@216trixie that’s the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard
@@zeustheboerboel3794 I can tell you a lot more ridiculous things this happens to be true. Do some research.

How to emasculate your husband
1 Let your dog attack him whenever you both want to be intimate together
2 show the dog more love and affection than your husband
3 display obvious signs that you will choose your dog over your husband
Victoria's reaction to the puppy was so cute, you can tell she really loves dogs 😊
My first encounter with any dog was a yorkie and yeah. They are something else. There’s something about yorkies, Pomeranians and chihuahuas that make them believe they are wolves. 150lbs wolves.
Shinji Ikari it’s overcompensation for their size, usually coupled with lack of discipline on the owners part.
yes!! i groom them and honestly they are crazier than what people think all pitbulls are like... ive been bitten by yorkies, schnauzers, and chihuahuas more than any big dog
4:15 she says good boy and the owner takes it as a compliment 😂🤣🤣🤣
He made Victoria blush at the end, just adorable. I thought the puppy Molly was cute, just goes to show training at a young age will be even more helpful.

That dog bed is adorable! Also, it's adorable seeing how excited the dogs are to see Victoria again after two weeks.
Crazy.
You can't leave little dogs like that outside alone. Under 20 lbs and they'll end up getting snatched by predators.
Ghost Spore I meant outside the bedroom, not outside the house.
Blue Hunter exactly what I’m saying. No dog should be allowed to be aggressive, but big dogs face all the stigma.

This seems like a really nice family. A lot of the episodes I've seen have families who don't accept responsibility for what's happening, or who blame each other.
