    OMG SO CUTE!!! I've been looking for a simple, short and easy to follow along tutorial and you're the winner!! I'm making this for my science teacher since she loves sea turtles but I'm using white for the body and dark green for the shell. Also I just subbed and liked because of this!! You should seriously sell these. :D

      Thank you! I'm so sorry! I've been told I'm getting better at showing and explaining how to sew everything together! The turtles are a little top heavy and can take a little practice to sew them so they are balanced.

You mentioned that you sewed the head at the 12 stich place, I take that is @ RND 2: INC around (12)? • @kitty0718
    @kitty0718 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I know some terminology for crocheting but I'm basically a beginner, I've only learned crocheting from my great grandmother and she didn't really talk about specific terminology. What does increase and decrease mean? I just had a hard time seeing some of the things you were doing in the video because it was going so fast. I'm finding myself rewinding a lot just to really see something.

    • @AcaciaCopley
      @AcaciaCopley  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Im new to making animals. Your tutorial was easy to follow except for the shell. You never say or show how to close it or where to place the opening when sewing the head, legs & tail on. Please help!

    • @AcaciaCopley
      @AcaciaCopley  ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry! You close it like you would any other piece in amigurumi. You weave the needle through the loops and pull to close. Where the opening is, is the bottom. It's perfectly round, so it doesn't matter where you add everything!

My videos are made assuming you know basics like sc, dc, hdc, slst, and magic circle.
