Great cars! So far i have no issues with vcm at 293,000 miles. Leaking Valve cover gaskets have been an issue. Keep doors lubricated & use frequency for less issues. Service transmission ( dont flush just drain & fill) every 30 - 40 thousand miles
This too is a nostalgic trip for me as I had a 2009 EXL Silver Pearl Metallic. I will take a 2009 or 2010 over any newer models all day! And as always Bern your presentions are fantastic as you are a well spoken gentleman!
To find the radio code, open the glove box and you'll see a sticker with a bunch of numbers on it. You might find luck punching in those numbers and seeing if you can get the radio to work again. The sticker might be on the side of the glove box that's facing outward towards the driver. So at least on mine it was on the left side of the glove box, but on the outside not the inside of the glove box.
I had one for a year in college. I got it for 3k and my friend said it looked like someone changed into a werewolf in the back of it. I didn’t check the tires for dry rot and blew 3 of them. I got good at whipping it into a parallel spot. I miss her sometimes 😢

Yeah!! Nice, yeah with that mileage it's expected but it'll go on forever!
