Asian style wok Cookin actually is very easy. I did it for two years and every meal FROM SCRATCH takes at the most, 5-10 minutes to throw together. You could fry the meat, make the sauce, and wok fry everything before your rice is even done cooking

The BTUs from that burner is awesome. The the reason most of us can’t wok cook at home is we lack the BTUs . The only device I have is a turkey fryer burner
