I bought the generic Teewing X5 for $1499 directly from Teewing. It's top speed and range beats all the scooters ESG has tested so far for under 2k. I weigh 165 and hit 54mph in a two way direction averaged out. I also achieved 53 miles in range with mixed riding and still had 54V left. Please test this scooter.
@@ROADRUNNER_876 I have been considering the X5, it seems like a solid machine. But I’m holding out for the Teewing Z4 Pro. They are on back order right now.
For real e s g only reviews the mainstream bullshit I. Spent $1200 on a 6000 W scooter. That goes 64 miles an hour. I put about $300 into upgrades. For hydraulic shocks. And other performance upgrades, I. Can't imagine spending five thousand dollars on a Dualtron and going slower.
I own the xtr. Extra cost gives you higher power controller, bigger battery and samsung 50 g batteries. Plus a nfc reader for startup. I routinely wait for cars to pass on highways at 55 mph speed limits. i pull on the road and catch up. The look at their rearview is priceless.
Holy smokes, you were anticipating five point something (sec.) to 30mph? Thumbs up as always, you and Paul are the absolute Pro's, I was just a little surprised that you were surprised that a 8000W scooter accelerated faster than the Klima to 30mph, vs. a 4800W scooter. That's 167% more watts. Looks like a really solid and fun machine! You handled the start of that speed wobble like a total pro! I'm really enjoying all the uploads from ESG and RK9. Keep up the great work!
Numbers are one thing, but I never know how a scooter will perform until I get on it. I've tested other higher wattage scooters that are still slower than the Klima to 30 mph, so I was still surprised at how fast the XT was
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide Yeah, I could see that with an unknown brand. TeeWing seems to have made its stamp though. I purchased the Klima Max because of your reviews. It's fun having a sport scooter that weighs 87lbs that does so many things at peak level.

The 10k watt version would be good for longer stretches of open road. I have scooters that hit 50mph and once you get a little bit of open road the scooter is hitting Rev limiter and traffic is stuck behind you.
Forgot to mention, the stock P14 controller limit was only set to 14 amps. Range is 1-20 and I set it to 17amps to increase its performance. My previous post mentioning top speed and range was gps verified and not based on the scooter's display. Awesome budget scooter.
I have the XTR, it's pretty insane, wish they had a street tire option, I have PMT's for mine, I sort of wish they had beefier rotors or even adding a rotor to the front, I live in a very hilly region and smell my brakes often on super slow/steep descents, feels like the electronic engine braking turns off at approx 15mph, I need to revisit my settings, it's almost too strong at 20+ mph then it turns off at 15, you better be ready for it because you're not stopping like you were with the electronic braking at higher speeds

You do realize those tiny tires are the reason why it started to wobble really bad at higher speed. Bigger tires is much better at higher speed in stability.
They just need balanced out. When I put my new tires on my scoot had a wobble on the stand. (My toolbox) most times just deflate the tire and move it forward or back on the rim a quarter or half turn. That usually smoothes em out. Blind luck will always make the heaviest part of the tire line up with the valve stem. And of course check that bead to see if it's uniformly seated

I just found out today that if the police here in the UK seize your scooter you practically have no chance of getting it back. To get it back you need to have it insured but because they are illegal you can't get them insured. Catch 22. Best thing is to do what my friends do and try and out run the police which you should have a good chance of doing especially if you go down narrow streets. They're not going to request a helicopter or back up so you should be good. I'd rather try and out run them with minimum consequences (just say you didn't notice them) rather than having a $5000 scooter crushed, as well as paying a £2000 fine and 6 points on your licence.
