6" Lifted 3 wheeler on 30" Silverbacks Walk Around

  • I have been asked around a hundred times online for photos and how I lifted the trike, well here is a walk around video, self explanatory of how its built really, check it out!!
    This is 100% bolt on lift so I can bolt on and off if I want it stock hight again.
    The wheels are front renegade wheels flipped bolted to a can am wheel spacers, I drilled the ATC pattern in the wheel spacer.

    You should just do a how to lift video.. would be more help. We would love a video like that. The rear looks super simple. But the front looks more confusing

    Did you do some grinding off the stock lower axle carrier mount on the frame to make the carrier fit properly? I see the stock chain tensioner keeper is missing of the stock lower left side bolt area. i tried this using all stock hole locations and no grinding and their is part interference.

      Yes I cut off the tensioner on the frame, didn't cut off anything on the carrier.

      It’s basically just a fork extension, bolts right in and lowers the point of the eye

    What are you using for bars? I'm stuck between ordering a set of protaper 7/8 atv mid/high/raptor or spending a couple extra and getting some fat bars, cant seem to find exactly which one is best tho as they all seem shorter height then my stock bars

    how did you go about lifting the rear end? the front is pretty obvious but did you just make the lower bracket and use the original lower for the top of the axle. if that makes sense. im working on one i just want to have a decent plan

      sorryfor all the questions lol but are all 3 stock front renagade wheels? and did they bolt right up? obviously you had to use a spacer to run wheels backwards but as far as bolt pattern goes

      My local dealer, the biggest one they had of a random bike and drilled my own bolt pattern into it.

      Made a custom wheel spacer that goes from 4x150 to 4x137 to use can am wheels.

    well mines up and runnig,but i have to ask you,how are your sub trans gears holding up with those 30s? i have 28s and seem to blew out something in my sub trans during test ride today.

      Welcome! I fabbed and welded a braket to the carrier to hold the caliper. Same thing with the disc welded to the drum hub.

      Brad Morris random sprocket at my dealer drilled my own bolt pattern.

      Yeah they work good in every terrain and 25 by 12 wide is best.

      Stock hub with a custom wheel spacer to adapt to a 137x4 bolt pattern.

    Did you have to go your clutch to spin those tires in mud? Becuade I did this to my 185 with 26 inch outlaw and it doesn’t move the tires in mud

      Sean Valck You need a very big sprocket in the back, mine has low range which makes a huge difference also.

      I have a 185s Sean valck. I didn’t want to lose any power and didn’t want to change any thing on rims so I just went went bkt w207 same 22x11-8 tire as stock. Will get through any mud and won’t stop spinning.

      @@nedflanders7652 No issues with bearings, I cut up the drum brake and welded a rotor on the spline part of the drum lol kinda hard to explain.

    man if your putting in all that money on this get the right gas tank for your 200e or 200m or 200s or 200 dont use a 200es big red tank on her with your chain on the back end and your snorkel kit so you can breath under the water to but your chain back on
