  • How to remove and refit the ECM (ECU) module on a 2003 to 2010 Nissan Micra K12. This video only demonstrates how to physically remove and refit the unit. If a new ECU is being fitted, it will need to be reprogrammed. This can only be performed using dedicated test equipment. You will need to have this carried out by a Nissan dealer or suitably-equipped specialist. Thanks for watching. Please comment, like and subscribe !.

I am changing engine coils in my nissan ak12 2005 every week.
Do you think that the fault comes from the ecu? Is this what I need to change?

I have micra k12. I have a problem, I would be glad if you can help. wipers work on their own (when it's sunny and there's no rain) then they work on their own again. The wiper arm is intact, there seems to be an electronic problem somewhere? Or is the rain sensor bullshit and activating it? Where do you think I should focus?😮

It sounds like a rain sensor issue but I don't have one on my Micra so I can't check. Does it happen constantly or only sometimes ?

Hi just looking for some advice, my car has been jolting when driving, the throttle valve and ear were check and all clear. The garage fitted a new lambda sensor and this has helped but not resolved the issue, the wiring, fuses and connections were all ok and the now suspect the ecu is faulty, please advice if you think replacing the ecu could resolve the issue?
