Incredibly Awesome Smoked Corned Beef Brisket Flat!!

  • I rinsed the brine off of the corned beef. I then added black pepper, cayenne pepper, and the seasoning packets. Grill for about 3 hours at 250f. It stalled at 170F internal, so I increased temp to 300F for another 1 1/2 hours. Then I wrapped it and placed in a cooler to rest for 1 1:2 hours. It turned out really good.
