Awesome, Smoked, Bacon Covered Cabbage!!

  • I washed and cored the cabbage. I added about a tablespoon of black pepper and garlic salt. The cayenne pepper got away from me, but I meant to add a TBS. I used a half stick of butter and placed it into the cuts. You don't need to fill all of the cuts. I ended up smoking over oak for 4.5 hours at 225F, but your time may vary, based on your grill and the size of your cabbage. Let me know how yours turns out.
