- What makes a corned brisket is the curing process, tenderising the lean meat in a salt based solution. In this video we prepare an easy corned brisket and to fit into a busy Sunday schedule use our Traeger pellet smoker. The end result tastes good and is super tender.

Did I miss it? Did you say what temperature you cooked it at? 250 - 275?
I smoked this at 225f
And it’s usually 45 to 50 minutes per pound as well depending on what size brisket you’re doing at 225 degrees 👌
