We got code P1, which apparently means the water flow is too low to activate heating. We just had a hard freeze in Texas, and temperatures are beginning to thaw out, so water flow is returning but slowly. I am hoping the code will disappear once the frozen pipes are fully melted.

i have this water heater. its bout 15 plus years old. it now runs for 3 to 5 mins. then no codes the controller just turns off. if i turn it on it will do the same thing again. the small little screw in filter was clean and it was flushed out bout 8 months ago. and the controller was replaced bout a year ago. any ideas.
what to do about an error code 13? i dont own the place, just moved in about two months ago and never use one of these before. do you have any videos on the channel for this error code?
