    Wow that’s some pretty impressive footage from that camera, day and night IR videos look really clear obviously there are a lot of artefacts in the low light colour footage but it’s still impressive, if I hadn’t just bought a trail cam 2 days ago this one would be going to the top of the list I think.
    As soon as you said it had a Sony sensor I knew it would be good 😂
    Thanks for another informative and balanced review, keep up the great work and stay safe out there.
    Edit. Just noticed it looks like the camera you compared it with size wise is the one I just bought, the Campark T80. Go ahead and tell me how much better this one is 😂

    Agitato rhymes with that Styx song. "Domo Arigato, Mr. Robato," Great review and a huge help in deciding what to order. Thanks. I'm ordering this to see what keeps digging up my bell peppers and for peace of mind about the house in general. btw, I'm pretty sure the music at 6:30 is background music from 1970s Soviet Union porn. Love the review. I think the snap-shot pictures and video footage were great. Definitely clear both day & night. External power is not an issue with me, however, that definitely must be fixed. I was hoping you would have shown how and where the batteries are loaded. Dave, could you include that with your reviews? I ask that b/c I purchased a camera that takes nice pictures but the batteries are not contained in a tight-fitting battery compartment and when I open the box, the batteries fall out. Imagine that when you're trying to move from cam-to-cam close to darkness and it's freezing cold and raining. Now there you are trying to locate dropped batteries. Full-watch and great review.

    I was noticing too the IR seems very wide and not concentrated to a tight circle. Also the IR does not seem to wash out close objects to bad. very nice footage. Hey Dave, take a small saw or dremel tool and cut a U shaped notch on the cover at the external jack area. then you could open and close it while leaving plugged in.

    I really liked the review, however I was wondering which was the maximum video length that this camera offers? I've seen that in most cameras it ranges from a few seconds up to 3 or 5 minutes, and This would be an interesting detail to know when using this camera as a security system.

    • @HuntingFarmerOfficial

      Good question. I’ll check out the max video length setting and get back to you 👍

    • @HuntingFarmerOfficial
      @HuntingFarmerOfficial  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The max time for video length in the daylight is 5 minutes. The max time at night is 30 seconds. At nighttime in order to save battery the camera limits videos to 30 seconds. Even if you have it set for 3 minutes for example, it will take 3 minute videos during the day but will automatically stop recording at 30 seconds at night. Hope this info helps 👍

    • @Lemugisa
      @Lemugisa 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@HuntingFarmerOfficial Thank you! That is definitely very helpful! I think it's a pretty good amount of daytime video (which is what I was looking for!). It sucks that this one does not have the option to add the security cable, specially because I'd like to use it as a security system for my farm, but I will figure out something. Your review is really thorough and this one has a really good photo -video-audio quality, and the SD capacity is amazing too! • @kelvin7316
      @kelvin7316 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If your camera is this exact model (A323), then the firmware for the GardePro A3 should work (that camera is the same, just a different brand-name). The circuit-board on the GardePro A3 even has A323 printed onto it. You can find that firmware here: www.zopudt.com/firmware-upgrading/. But worth a check with the manufacturer before attempting this. Best of luck.

    Hi! I purchased 2 of these cameras, and They have been recording videos on my village farm for a month or so. When I checked all the videos, none of them had audio on them (although they should, they didn't record audio at all). I was wondering if Maybe i's because of the SD card I used? I used a 128GB Kingston canvas, and I was wondering of how many GB is the one you use so I can check. I've tried with other SD cards and adapters but still not recording sound which is really weird. Any advice on this? Thank you!

    • @HuntingFarmerOfficial
      @HuntingFarmerOfficial  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Núria Munté I use 32gb cards. I think 32gb is the max size the manufacturer recommends. On some cameras you can turn the audio on or off in the menu settings. I can’t remember if this camera allows you to turn the audio off (mine is out in the woods right now or I’d check) but that’s something to make sure it’s turned on. If neither camera has audio it leads me to believe it’s not a malfunction but rather something else going on. Are you sure you have the same camera? The Blaze Video trail cameras look virtually identical but DO NOT have audio.

    Hi DAVE ..here we go again..Just want to make certain you stay #1 ..PROS -It’s a beautiful camera.I would be pleased to own a couple . Crystal clear pics at night👍..CONS -oh oh !! I said earlier that eventually your wife would enter the scene You have a misspelled word for everyone to see .. See it ?? -A solution for your plug at the bottom..Forget the warranty. You didn’t buy this system to return it . Take a pair or tin ? snips and make two cuts on the door a little larger in dia than the plug . Your door will open freely and the cord will remain stationary. Ok ? N C & Mfgr R&D need not be involved. Just call this the prototype. This can rectify the ensuing cameras

    • @HuntingFarmerOfficial
      @HuntingFarmerOfficial  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I like your suggestions! I might have to break out the tin snips! That might let moisture in...I’ll have to check if I can still get it to seal. Thanks for watching and your helpful tips as always! I appreciate it 👍 Oh, by the way, there wasn’t much competition in my spelling class! 😂🤣😂

    • @Bobb1julie
      @Bobb1julie 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just use Energizer Lithium batteries in lieu of Duracell and this issue can be laid to rest .. I’m thinking a mini dollop of silastic compound placed in the void with the cover closed . You have to be careful when it sets . Before you open the door take a #11 scalpel blade to relief any adherence body to cover . You have at least a 1/32” lip that is a part of the cover that runs the whole perimeter to seal body/cover..Moisture for the most part will be coming from the top down..You might run Saran Wrap around the lower portion w/ a rubber band but now it’s a hassle.. Stay with the batteries and I apologize if I made a project out of this

      Both cams have the same parent company. The Agitato was geared towards the UK market. While there are slight differences between the two (size, latches, etc) no doubt they ultimately came from the same company. 👍

  • @zzz7zzz9
    @zzz7zzz9 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    you listed it's size as a con. but, compare it's photo/video quality to those other cams then. if the others cams aren't as good, that smaller size is kinda pointless. i put all my cams in lockboxes, so cam size becomes totally irrelevant.
    this is a great cam, but sadly, the downside to youtube reviews, is that they wind up driving the prices of products higher. when i bought these cams, they were a pretty decent price, and now they've gone up $30 and $40, no longer the smoking deal that they were.

    • @HuntingFarmerOfficial
      @HuntingFarmerOfficial  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for watching my review and for your input and experience! I agree, complaining about size is a minor complaint! I continue to love this cam and I use and test MANY cameras. I’ve seen the price increases over the years but it seems every thing else in life has gone up in price also.
