    Master Woo Sir,
Could you find the time to explain how to strengthen jumping? If I lift a weight, I can feel which muscles are working (the weak link in the chain) but although I can initially spring high, I can't make the transition to jump kicking. I am referring to just basic jump front, side, turning, back and reverse kicks for breaking (correct technique). Thank you.

He's a left-handed, ups -legged, AFAIK. Learn to kick with both legs. If possible, make them equal. So in case one gets injured in the middle of a fight, the other is as capable as to continue fighting. I'm still the same as you, though: right leg for front facing kick, left leg for back turning kick.

It is easy - for him. He has built muscle memory to execute this over long hours and years of training. Thus, if you put in the time and hard work, it's easy. If you don't, it's not.

@MultiMamat93 hey i get it !! haha! The point of holding the chair is actually NOT to jump but bounce(jump a few inches) of the floor and lean towards the chair a little so the kicking leg can be raised and swung parallel to the ground for the kick..at least from my point of view Lol, Try watching the tutorial in kwonkicker`s channel and you know what i mean..
P.S : Master Woo,I realised this kick is for counter-attack,but can you explain when is the right time to use this kick when sparring?

+Hollow Tensa from my experimenting (purposely injuring myself during the kick) I've realised that the fibular collateral ligament ( the two thin sticks under your knee on either side ) are hyperextended during the rebend of the leg during the kick, I'm not quite sure how to fix it though...

The steps are like this right?
    1. I turn, target my enemy while holding the chair,
    2. i jump and do the kick while holding the chair,
    3. the chair breaks, i land face first onto the seat of the chair,
    4. somehow someway the chair ends up ontop of me

On a certain level Martial Arts require the full capacity of the body. This includes breathing by forming certain vocals while exhaling your respiratory muscles should be in sync with the rest of your body-movement. It might be possible without shouting but may end in bad technique because it doesn't feel natural anymore.
