I just got a black Super Wrangler. I like the black grips that come on it. I do have some wood Ruger grips in my gun parts bin that I might try just to see how they look and feel. I love that these have adjustable sights - that was the primary reason that I got the Super - yes, and the 22 Mag cylinder is nice too. I'm giving my silver/black Wrangler to my son so he has something to teach his wife and when his little girls get old enough - he can teach them with it too. And plink as well obviously. It could be a better than nothing house gun for his wife... oh and try resting your wrists on the bag instead of the barrel of the revolver - I get better and more consistent groups that way. And it doesn't burn the bag....
Chuck, I do like your holster there - very nice. I think I see a Ruger logo? So must have them on their web store... I've already got several holsters that will work for mine... but that is cool. Actually that doesn't look like a Ruger logo - they have their "Wild Hog" holsters that are similar but not the same.... maybe you can let us know what that is - or maybe you did on the previous vid... oh gave you a new sub too - I also have a small channel and every one counts!
Those grips look awesome! I still prefer my Diamondback Sidekick, just because it's 9 rounds instead of 6. Maybe I should get both, so I can have 6 and 9 together for a change.
@@rimfiretruckdriver4446 Yeah, adjustable sights would definitely be better. I hope the finish on the Super Wrangler is better, too. The Sidekick's cylinder started rusting really bad in just two weeks. I've been using synthetic motor oil on it to prevent that until I decide to sand it down and cold blue it...probably gonna do the whole gun when I do that.
When testing Ammo it’s best to bench test it so you take out the most human element as possible. Also you need to shoot 5-10 rounds before shooting for groups, so the new rounds seat in the barrel.
The white tube didn't work so I applied the Fluorescent Red by itself. It took about three layers before I was satisfied, but it looks good. It is easy to apply. Thanks again.@@rimfiretruckdriver4446

I love how anything goes bang in a revolver. I got one in bronze and put faux pearl grips on it.

My Diamondback wasn’t accurate, the adjustable sights are a game changer imo
