*Exceptional 🍔🍔🍔💯‼️* I have made quite a few Big Macs at home- it is my favourite burger I found a fb page where many ex chefs and employees share the tips n tricks. Finely chopped onions (steep in boiling hot water from the kettle for ten minutes) I never went and did the bread but a close equivalent would be Sheldon’s sesame burger buns or if your local Morrisons bakery do them. I used another cheat trick too- I used gherkin relish in the Mac sauce and I got it as close as I could. *But this- this is Excellence*
I have thought that McDonald’s is missing an opportunity by not opening up higher end McD’s with really great quality, gourmet ingredients and execution like this.

@@yutub_hfn This is not small burger mass. This is insufficient burger mass. Crispier is not charred, which is carcinogen. You need to remove extreme unhealthy patterns in favourite meals to make them non-damaging and sustainable. Anything charred, is no-go zone.

You forgot to put ketchup in the big Mac sauce lol but the sauce you made looks good and they use dehydrated onions but I guess you’re making a better version of the big Mac I don’t eat that dog slop at McDonald’s but I guess if somebody served it up to me like you’re doing I guess I will make an exception it does look good your burger I used to work at McDonald’s they never put two pieces of cheese at least not to my knowledge but it’s been over 15 years I’ve worked there
