I bought a new yeast. Yeast fermented so well before I add it to flour. Everything was so good until I baked. Even after a bake, the bun was puffy. After the bun got cold it became flat. Why is that please be advised. Followed each step. Used everything as per measurement. मैंने नया यीस्ट खरीदा। आटे में मिलाने से पहले यीस्ट बहुत अच्छी तरह से जम गया। बेक करने से पहले तक सब कुछ बहुत अच्छा था। बेक करने के बाद भी बन फूला हुआ था। बन ठंडा होने के बाद सपाट हो गया। ऐसा क्यों है, कृपया बताएं। हर चरण का पालन किया। माप के अनुसार सब कुछ इस्तेमाल किया।
May be your yeast was not of a good quality or good brand...By the way it should be not happened if it is of a good quality...if it will happen than before baking only it will happen
I used active yeast and I always activate the yeast before using but this has happened twice so far. मैंने सक्रिय खमीर का प्रयोग किया और मैं हमेशा प्रयोग करने से पहले खमीर को सक्रिय करता हूँ, लेकिन ऐसा अब तक दो बार हो चुका है।

Important nhi hai milk powder dalna aap skip kr sakte ho. Milk powder dalne se iska taste thoda jyada achha aata hai
