I've delved into the world of PSA grading a fair bit and understand it pretty well, at least for the 8-10 grade range. English 151 was a super rough set so getting 9's is far more common than getting 10s. I sent my big SIR zard in expecting a 9 and got a 9. Nearly every IR in the set comes with print lines which is going to knock you down from the start. As a whole, the SV era is known for having bad corners. Finding a pristine copy with no whitening is very difficult. I can't speak to the Japanese side as I've only graded a handful of vintage. I'm waiting for a small group of 4 to come back from PSA yet, should be in the next week or 2. REALLY REALLY hoping for big numbers on the sleepy Espeon I pulled on my b-day.

@@DragonFangDan yeah I’m seeing that 151 has a low pop of psa10 which would make sense the huge jump in price from 9 to 10 for those big cards
