I just watched all of your content and I must say this is the best how to xtool info I have found so far in all you tube! Thank you and Keep 'em coming!
Hi, It just depends on your material thickness really, I would suggest measuring the thickness of each material before cutting, as all materials have a tolerance meaning they could be thicker or thinner than advertised. But I have found over the years that is just as easy to cut the slots out at the advertised thickness and then give one a very light sand in the middle if its a bit tight, but normally they go together quite well without. Thanks Gav.

Do you need a bit of tolerance to allow them to slide together?
