This is similar to their wedding in '86 when he, once again, almost without blinking, stares into Felicia's eyes until she sheds a few tears, he gets misty-eyed, and finally looks away. Their connection is mesmerizing.
So, in the storyline, did she know Frisco was going to be there that night? If so, the writers were very clever! She knew what she was doing whether she could or would admit it to herself. If he liked that dress she was trying to get his attention. This video is very intoxicating to me. I have it under my favorites. I watch it from time to time.
