Given Frisco's mention, here, of Felicia always being his wife. GH episode on 062024 Mac is back on GH (JJY returned from long medical leave). Had GH on in background. Interest piqued when Mac mentioned Frisco. (Were GH viewers aware M was working with Frisco during his long absence? Did Felicia know? Being Frisco is no longer head of the WSB, in what capacity was Frisco working with Mac?) (Have not followed the character of Felicia since J/Fr left GH, therefore also didn't keep up on Mac&Felicia.) M&F (married since 1998?), are making out on the sofa at Maxie's. M shares that he and Frisco talked about Felicia and the girls. M says he found the conversation liberating. (Felicia is very teary.) Frisco gave M an honest accounting of the mistakes he made with Felicia and the girls, didn't whitewash his behavior about leaving his family. Felicia observes that this must have been an awkward conversation. M: It was, but in a way, liberating for both of us. Frisco is grateful to me, thanked me for being a father to Maxie and Georgie when he wasn't. I think he really understands how much he missed out on. I made damn sure he understood how extraordinary the three women he left behind are. F: Hearing you talk about Frisco makes me realize how lucky we are to have you in our lives. You've made so many sacrifices, Mac, just to step it up for me and the girls, and I'm sure there were times when it would've been so much easier to just take off, start a family of your own. M: Never, never. You, Felicia, you all are my family. I never wanted anyone else. :end: Presume this was solely a plot point to segue into a SL whereby Mac learns about another character being his adult son. (To perhaps illustrate parent/child absent from each other's life given how Frisco and Felicia have been made to look like deadbeat parents...) Entire exchange made this F&F fan both sad and angry. 😢

As much as I never cared for the character of Colton, or STB, he did an admirable portrayal of someone who's broken hearted, speaking through tears. As tiresome as his breathless delivery was in scenes, he was credible here and there was validity to some points he raised (given his perspective). Felicia's behavior toward Frisco upon his return was beyond cruel and didn't remotely reflect who she was prior to his arriving back in PC. She would never end up showing any care or concern for his time in prison, a chance for him to share with her what he went through. The GH writers failed to show she was conflicted, if she even remembered or truly longed for her first love. She was either vacant or spewing something hurtful when she wasn't telling Colton they 'needed to talk.' The weeks wasted on this stupid 'Phoebe Dawson' SL wouldn't end with Felicia yelling for Frisco and her admission she'd been lying. (Moments earlier, Frisco warned her that if she faking, he would essentially wash his hands of her. Obviously he didn't.) From this point, F&F are still saddled with Felicia juggling Colton and Decker on the sidelines. Despite being a diehard F&F fan, many instances where I would have embraced the idea of Frisco not pursuing her, or taking her back. Especially in light of the fact that Frisco would end up leaving her for the WSB yet again. The GH writers had also given up on this golden couple making it a real challenge to root for them.

Given Felicia's unrecognizable behavior since Frisco's return, the fact that she's sooo unlike what/who she was when he left in '87, does he truly want this 'version' of her? When they eventually re-unite on Halloween, and Frisco suggests that she never gave up on them (F&F) to which she agreed, there's been sooo little evidence to support that. If anything, just the opposite. While the GH writers did a very good job of penning JW's character, staying true to who we knew Frisco to be...and JW gave us many amazing performances during this SL...those same writers turned Felicia, and others, into unwatchable caricatures. When Frisco questions if everyone has gone mad, did he ever wonder why he was continuing his fight to win back THIS Felicia? Had he ever asked her 'Who are you and what have you done with my real wife?' I'd've enjoyed his taking note of who she'd become in his absence and then hoped he'd put this 'Felicia' in his rearview mirror. And I'm a dedicated F&F fan.

Sad as Frisco watches the others engaged in conversation...as if he's invisible... able to leave without anyone noticing, or seeming to care. 😢

As difficult as this is to watch, JW skillfully conveyed the impact of Felicia's words in Frisco's body language once she'd left and we only see him from the back. Mouse is the only one who can actually see the depth of his pained expression and it's her reaction to it that further helps us get a glimpse into what he's experiencing. Thoroughly enjoyed the character of Mouse and the different roles she played while interacting with Frisco during this SL. No matter how many times I hear it, am never quite prepared for how many emotions JW was able to convey in his simple 'Hi.'

Always loved these tender moments between these brothers, they were always my favorite counter parts to each other

Jack's delivery of 'Some place where there are no memories' breaks me every time. 😢 Instead of their reunion being joyous, it was overshadowed by sadness. Tears not of happiness but sorrow. F&F had many wonderful memories in their brownstone apt, and they would eventually return to it. As a devoted F&F fan, no celebrating. Hopeful for what was to come, at best. Unfortunately, the GH writers failed to write these characters as they had been, prior to JW leaving. The magic these two previously had was mostly lost. Just glimpses now and then. Their organic playfulness, displays of affection and ever-present sense of romance, which we had loved about them, were now replaced by heavily-scripted, choreographed scenes. Although there were moments to feel encouraged, they weren't able to recapture the essence of who they were before.

Felicia appears to have a newfound focus and spunky energy, albeit ever so briefly, from having found Frisco's surveillance equipment along with Sean. Instead of the incessant whining, flat expression and telling Colton they 'needed to talk,' there's a brightness in her face because, despite the element of danger, she can relate, somewhat, to what's going on. It's familiar to her and involves Frisco with whom she previously got caught up in various 'capers.' When F&F were hiding in the soundproof room of Sean's office during the AQ SL, they spoke of leading a dull life once the local Asians got their cannery, etc. Frisco would never have settled for such and Felicia may have professed to wanting that, but she'd been bitten by the adventure bug (allowing for her protestations) , just not to the extent of Frisco. I think part of her frustration, at this point, is being stuck with the very dull, boring and 'safe' Colton while certain aspects of what she sees Frisco dealing with still intrigued her.

Mouse was my favorite character

F&F had just reunited. Didn't anyone at GH think fans might want to actually see these two partaking of their picnic lunch? As some have commented, we're not seeing the passion which was always present with this couple prior to F/J's 2-year absence. They both seem guarded, bit tentative. J&K had so much leeway in their early years as these characters. Feels as though that's been stripped away. F&F usually included smiles, playfulness, lightheartedness in their lovemaking. Not seeing even a hint of that here so not as enjoyable. More of a physical connection than emotional. Also the possibility that, now as a couple off set, perhaps certain romantic behaviors which used to be on full display, as F&F, are now reserved for their private life. The most intimate and heartfelt moment of this video, for me, was his whispered 'ILY' at the end of the clip. Reminiscent of Frisco of the past, but also sounds like Jack.

Felicia making a call on the phone in Kelly's conjures a memory of years earlier, when she snuck out of the vacant apt, where Frisco was hiding her (shortly after they met), to call her grandmother. Great F&F scenes in that clip. 😊

Although F/KW's expression remains quite consistent throughout the song, her eyes obviously showing emotion, it's the couple instances of just the tiniest hint of a smile that suggest the walls are slowly breaking down. Throughout the song, Frisco's eyes are locked on Felicia, until he looks away at the end, almost seeming a bit uncomfortable. This is similar to their wedding in '86 when he, once again, almost without blinking, stares into Felicia's eyes until she sheds a few tears, he gets misty-eyed, and finally looks away. Their connection is mesmerizing.

Did Felicia say “Oh damn it” at the very beginning when she was struggling to open the book shelf door? Sure sounded like it. Lol!

Katherine was a bore and if you want to see crappy acting then she provides it.

The way he grabs her? WTH?

This was a doozy. I forgot how crushing this scene was between them. Great acting by both. These rewatches are awesome.

Have to keep reminding myself that JW is only 30 here. He seems so much older than the young man who left for WSB training a couple years back. He's weighed down by a cloak of what he's endured. As if he's always struggling to get out from under the darkness. Haunted. Felicia reminds him of life and love...and lightness... but is just out of reach.

I must admit, I’ve never been a big fan of soap opera’s, but this storyline took so many crazy twist and turns I kept up with it pretty regularly when it was taken place. I was still teenager, makes me feel very old now looking back at it. Lol.

I will never understand people. Jack and Kristina seem to have the fairytale relationship like Frisco and Felicia. Why could they not make their marriage last. Today they are good friends and i know they still love each other very much, Jacks words. But yet are not together. 😢 will always love them as a couple. Shame they could not get back together. But happy they are still in each others lives. Sad they lost Harrison in 2022. RIP Harrison. 😢
