- This preserved daikon radish is a tasty accompaniment to breakfast congee, soy milk soups, and noodle soups. Preserved daikon is usually sold in vacuum sealed packages in Asian grocery stores, but it’s easy to make at home.

Can this be eaten straight after this drying and preserving?
I like the fact it is preservative free . Where can I buy it online ? I live in the US & struggling to find with no preservatives.
Why not just make them? It’s so easy and so much cheaper!
If you buy it, it’ll have preservatives. It’s better to make your own. You can vacuum seal the jars like you would for canning and they’ll last for over a year as long as the jars stay sealed. Once opened, refrigerate and they’ll keep for at least three months (if they don’t get eaten up first).
How long can keep in the bottles ?

@@veronikasherly8729unless you “can” them by vacuum sealing the jars. If you do that then they’ll last a couple years IF you don’t eat them first. 🤤🤭
