    This was the most perfect yoga practice for someone like me dealing with gynecological issues. Love the connection between body and earth. So beautiful and the flowiness of the practice kept me so present. Thank you!

    Oh I really enjoyed this even tho I found it a little difficult because Im so stiff and havent done much yoga for a while. I really loved the affirmations towards the end and I finished smiling, thank you

    Thanks so much for this video!!! Could you please keep doing female health yoga routines/ meditations - perhaps for hormonal imbalances?? (If you take requests- not sure.)

      Thanks so much for your request and for your interest in Yogea. Happy you could benefit from this routine. Actually, we have two practice for hormonal imbalance. One is coming up, and one is already posted. You can the routine first . The first one is a routine to balance the whole endocrine system called "Navigation Reset". It is exactly a sequence to balance the hormones. We also have other female health routines, like "Fertility bliss", and a female Qi-enchancing practice to boost fertility is also coming up. We will keep you posted for both, but in the meantime you can try "Navigation Reset" first. Namaste!
