This is the second video of two and it walks through the process of connecting power to the Auxbeam LED light bar, as well as how to run the switches to the cab (passenger compartment) of the GMC Sierra pickup truck. I found an easy way to run wires to the cab of the 2014 GMC Sierra and demonstrate how to do it. The first video demonstrates how to mount a 32" Auxbeam V-Series LED light bar behind the grille on a 2014 GMC Sierra. The first video walks through the process of removing the grille and valance on a GMC Sierra. This video also covers how to mount the 32" LED light bar behind the grille. I cover how to wire the LED light bar and I also show how to re-install the grille and valance. The process covered in this video will be the same or similar on many other vehicles including, Chevy Silverado, Ford F150, Toyota, Dodge, and many others. Check out the 32" Auxbeam V-Series LED Light Bar at the URL below.

Always put your fuse as close as possible to your power source. You now have about 3 feet of unprotected wire.

Hi mark, thanks for the awesome video. I have a question, instead of connecting to main battery can one just connect to a second battery? Wouldn’t that be easier?

Would it not be safer to run the negative cable back to the battery rather than grounding it on some piece of metal?

Do you have a link to the box you used to make the remote? Looking to do something similar

There is power stud under fuse box. Why run wire from battery when power is already supplied…
