Without a doubt the best process for restoration of oldschool MX is on this channel. Loving seeing this bike come back to life. Great work Rob 👍🏼
Thank you Peejay!
I look forward to each and everyone of these episodes
Amazing project. Could you go into more detail how you produced the decals?..
Rob you are an absolute restoration legend !!!
You take so much care and pride in restoring these classic bikes you make me beam with joy everytime I watch one of your video’s and your an inspiration to us all 😊
It’s an absolute pleasure finding these bikes for you to bring back to life !!
I will join you in restoring my own 1982 RM125 by following your tips altho mine will never be anywhere as good as yours lol.
Thanks again for the plug as well, I’m slowly getting thru these 80’s tanks and panels (I have a couple of rm250 tanks and a lot of 125 81/83 tanks if you get stuck !! )
Keep up the amazing work mate loving it !!
Excellent craftsmanship.
Wow,i used to have the one, i brought it new in 82. It was a total rocket and i got many holeshots and wins on it over the 2 years i had it. Its nice to see this one as i can remember all the nuts and bolts i used to remove to do maintenance just like yesterday. .
Ajax bath cleaner for the plastics then polish and buff. 😊😊
Wonderful approach to restoration. The detail and work is so good. A pleasure to watch.
Superb result, amazing difference from start to finish
Good job mate keep up the good work you are doing an awesome job 🤩
As mentioned, this resto is top draw, your skills and attention to detail along with your presentation of the videos make it a joy to watch,i look forward to every episode, and i really hope you make a series on the 125's, i could watch these all day, great job mate👏👏
Thanks Rick, you will definitely see the 125’s coming back to life. Glad to have you along!
Phenomenal work bud. What a fantastic channel you are creating 👍
Nice job on the plastics and I feel your pain. I spent over 30hrs on my IT tank, alone. Upside, after restoring all the plastics, I could’ve committed many crime with lack of any fingerprints
First class work well done!
keep up the good work!!!! absolutely mind-blowing attention to detail and impeccable craftsmanship
Wow! Just wow!!
Great attention to detail and workflow and useful tips.
Another amazing job, you are a amazing at what you do. I have a 79 CR125 that I want to restore, I've had it about 7 years but keep putting it off. I feel your pain at trying to get parts! I tried for years to get an original rear mudguard but to no avail, so I had to buy a after market one. Anyway your videos are giving me a lot of motivation, Thank you.
Fantastic content 👏. Would you ever consider 3D printing missing bodywork parts? Keep up the brilliant work
Thanks Stu. Mmm maybe 🤔
Wow it looks amazing great job.
You sir , are a magician ❤
Great watching your restoration of bikes close t my heart. In 81 I bought a new RM125 so I can’t wait till you move on to those.
Hint for cleaning rubber. Have you tried Ballistol? It works wonders on faded rubber parts.
im currently renovating my suzuki ts50 from 91 and the advice and so on are really useful, thank you! love watching the videos.
i personally have a hard time refreshing some plastics and wonder if you have a video where you show step by step how to do it? would help me alot. thanks beforehand!
Excellent job mate....👍

Hi again mate, sorry for flooding you with comments only getting original fork gaiters has been a bloody nightmare. The off the shelf stuff looks rubbish.
Always looking forward to a new vid...
Great
Great detail on the graphics really impressed
Drool.🎉
Very nice
brilliant
what about a quick ghost coat and then you could do it wet and see the scratches
I’ve done it both ways. So far this way works on yellow. Who knows!
