Nice work. One tip is to insert metallic mesh in the plastic before melting new material to close the holes. You put the hot point on the mesh and just press and it would mix together for added strenght 😊

Currently working on some 87 TRX250X plastics, never thought about rubber coating, can you put stickers/graphics over rubber?

I suppose you could, Ive never tried. My tip would be to make the plastic surface as smooth as possible before spraying on the Plasti dip. It can be tricky to apply.
