- Is Disneyland Hong Kong worth visiting in 2023? In this video I will show you around Disneyland Hong Kong and I will talk to you all about prices, food, and the attractions! I will also talk a bit about the hotel I chose to stay at and why I recommend it to all of you! Disneyland Hong Kong is back open for foreign travelers, but getting tickets and making reservations can be difficult, so I hope to make that experience easier for your trip!

What about Shanghai Disneyland?
It is amazing to see tourists back in HK finally. As a HongKonger I personally recommend the octopus card for travelling around HK. Although it doesn’t have a cap amount in 1 day. It can also let you to travel on busses ferries any pretty much every mode of transport as well as pay for food and many other things. You just need to top up the card in a 7-11 whenever it runs out of money

Loved this dude. Looks like you had a great day. I actually went to HK Disneyland in 2007. My Mom works at Disneyland and was able to get me a ticket to the HK park. I do recall it’s a small park, but the advantage was the wait times are a lot shorter compared to the insanely long ones in Anaheim. I also went to Shanghai Disneyland in 2016 for its grand opening. The Tron ride there was amazing. Hopefully one day you’ll make it there as well. I know spending an entire day at the park can be exhausting. Glad you took some me time and enjoyed yourself. Keep up the great work.

I go to hk Disneyland for about 3 times a year and it’s amazing like I was riding on the same rollercoaster 3 times straight my personal favourite was the big grizzly mountain

Chris, do you know about the rooftop bars? HK has some of the highest rooftop bars in the world and you can film the city skylines at night. Ozone is one of the better ones and is the highest in the world. Not something you can do everywhere you go, It's unique to HK. Also take a tram to the peak and enjoy the scenery over looking the entire city.
It rained my entire trip so I was only able to enjoy one rooftop! I will be back again to visit the peak forsure and hopefully have better luck with the weather!

I can say that I've never been to Disney world by myself and I used to go to Disney world every single year as a child into my adulthood... I talked as if I'm an old man I'm only 44. I think you would have had a really nice time if you want with your girl. And yeah I grew up on Disney two, doing Sunday night wonderful world of Disney movies, waking up in the morning and watching some Disney movies before school, then jumping off the bus and having to do your homework real quick so you can watch some of that tailspin or darkwing duck... Man I miss being young, it's really not the same anymore.

Disneyland HK definitely has the best night show of all the Disney parks
I love Disneyland HK..have been to the original Disneyland in LA but love the Hong Kong Disneyland...and get some fridge magnets from the Disney shop at the airport...always get them there hope you still can..

This place was fun. My family lives in California and me, my wife, and kids go to Disneyland a few times a year. A few years ago myself and the kids went with my wife on a work trip to Hong Kong and on a free day she had we all went to Hong Kong Disneyland. Had a great time, the phantom manor ride was awesome. I was also super bummed cause the mine cart rollercoaster was down the day I was there so missed it.

That hotel looks amazing! I worked at the Polynesian resort in Orlando as part of my degree (I’m from the UK) and our policy was always if you see anyone drop ice cream/drinks/balloon pops, anything basically you replace free of charge- shame on you Starbucks Disney!

You could have stayed your first/last night at the marriott airport (only view of the planes but much cheaper than your Pier Hotel and it's got a gym and jacuzzi) but you'd be in close proximity to HK disneyland and they provide a comp shuttle there. Then on a 2nd day you can go to the big buddha. The airport marriott also has comp shuttle to one of the MTR stations and provides free shuttle to/from airport.

hk Disney castle was remodeled and reopened few years ago. It same height as the Paris. Smallest is in Anaheim.

HKDL lost a lot of staff over COVID and they are finally getting back to normal. The parade you saw used to be the one for rainy day. They have a way better and longer parade now (finally recruit enough crews) 😊 Can’t believe you missed the ‘Mickey and The Wondrous Book’, absolutely great show to watch!

Hello from Malaysia! Would love to go there one day, but I'd read mixed review about it, in particularly the staffs saying that they're rude and rough, because I don't speak Cantonese (I know a few words to say the least) and speak little Mandarin. That's what worries me the most!

But as a person living in hk and would go there around once a month DONT COME NOW especially when you see there’s a vacation in China. It’s soo crammed I literally gave up when I see they have to add a guide line just at the entrance fountain. And cat are still nice though but everywhere with ac is like a compressor. The mtr is🫠⚰️and quite often will met some rude Chinese bumping around…. (Already much better than the city area) kinda want to recommend go to the hotel( adventurer one is like a villa

I could never spend $16 for coffee bro. If I spilled the coffee I would have sacrificed and just went without. But if it was Jack Daniels that was $8 a shot and I spilled the first one I could see myself buying another $8 shot. 😂
I am not sure about Starbucks in Hong Kong but in Canada (and probably the states) they will just remake one for you if you let the staff know you spilled it. I assume they follow the same customer service principal (that the drink doesn't cost that much. They are selling the experience) and should give you a replacement for free (if trained and managed properly)
