Thanks Mike, I will definitely do some more. I’m kinda hoping to get some slightly more average golf on one soon as it does obviously happen (hence me not being on tour 😂😂). It’s Sod’s law that every time I get the camera out I start holing putts. Anyways thanks for your support as always. 🙏👍👍
@@cartersmithgolf ah yes we've all had a few of those along the ways, you'll love this one though I was playing Aberfeldy whilst on holiday when I was a lot younger and on one of the short par 4s I drove the green I walked up feeling pretty good onto the green, had a 30 foot putt well 4 putts later I wanted to bury myself in a bunker....😥
Good stuff again Stuart could you show us how to chip onto a green that's well above your head height from various distances, please best wishes to maddy and yourself
Our Ryder Cup opponents think that is the only weather we have at Celtic Manor 😉😉😉 Some nice tips there Stu 👍 loving the voiceover...I thought everyone hit 7irons 210? That's a wedge further than I hit mine 😂😂😂
Thanks Kent, I hoped the voice over would work as it means I can get some thoughts across without stopping the golf shots and going on. Lol yeah those 210 7 iron guys must be a hoot in the bar after their 98. 😂😂👍👍
@@cartersmithgolfIt definitely worked...your humour came through too. LMAO, yeah Debi scores better than that and her longest (rarified by her Garmin) drive this year is 196 😂
Great video, Stuart. I can't get my head around finding the right launch with my drives. When I hit up, they tend to go high, hang in the air and then plug on the fairway with barely any run. Maybe too much spin? Not enough? Lately, I've been teeing down lower and moving the ball back in my stance . Getting a nicer ball flight but still no great improvement in distance. Maybe I just need to hit the gym and do some weight training!
Hitting a low spin high one is easily confused with a high spinny one. There are other factors to consider in the UK as we can get lots of head winds and damp conditions so we can benefit from a lower flight sometimes. I wouldn’t suggest going too far back in the stance as that can lead to other problems but a lower tee can help match up your angle of attack. Try and experiment at a range and you will see one pop out that goes 30yrds further in the air then you can chase that feeling. 👍👍

@@cartersmithgolf Cheers mate. Thanks for the reply. In fact, thanks for all three of them! I'm in Aus on a volunteer run "bush" course. Our fairways are usually rock hard from little or no rain. That's why I'm chasing the low trajectory in hopes of more run. I think the best thing is for me to pay a professional to have a look what I'm doing. Fancy popping down for the weekend to give me some tips?? ;)
@@marekbage gotcha, youtube is so global I often forget. You definitely would benefit from the higher shot in those conditions. The lower one is best for the anti plug on wet fairways. Your course sounds amazing I’d love to see a few pics. Perhaps send me a swing and I’ll take a look.
Love the short and long course vlogs along with your tips. You make the game seem so much easier.
Thanks Matt, I’m glad you are enjoying them. It means a lot to know you guys are enjoying them. 🙏🙏👍👍
Great entertainment as always Stu and still by far the best golf swing on TH-cam! Love these course vlogs, please keep them coming. 👍

Cool 2 tips again Stuart. Ball flight focus is the one for me as I'm mostly busy with my take away. Thx again looking in good form as always. 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
Thanks Eric, yeah it’s my absolute main focus always.
Love these short 1’s
You can definitely tell when you are not happy with the missed putts
You have a stroppy walk off the green 😂😂😂

Brilliant video 👍👍
Thanks pal. 🙏🙏
Great vlog Stuart, solid play throughout, game is looking in pretty good form...
