Welcome to the channel, my name is Stuart Carter-Smith and I’m a life long golfer that started my journey in 1985. I’ve played tournament golf, amateur and professional in Europe and the US over the years. This channel is dedicated to other like minded golfers that enjoy pure golf related content including anything I can do to help improve your golf. Just got a TR3 from a company called short par 4 and it is amazing. Feels great leather wrap with brushed nickel, led screen and it’s got a rechargeable lithium ion battery and it was only $130!!!!!!

I’ve only got a cheapie range finder (mostly because I lose everything 🤣 and I find it’s only 1 yard different to all the bushnells 😮
Hey Ian, hope you are well. From my tests the only advantage to a pricy one if bragging rights. They are ALL more consistent and accurate than our golfing skills. Really hope we can get a game in soon.

Do you prefer a range finder to a GPS watch? Clearly on blind holes you cant see the pin and the range finder would not be so useful perhaps?

Thanks David, I actually use my Arccos system (on my phone) almost always but tend to back it up with a range finder for inside 130yrds. Arccos is amazing at basically handing you the right club on any course. Still can’t do without the finder though.

@@cartersmithgolf I heard about that review... Trouble is, the experiment wasn't done with my thoughts. Lol. I always just feel the flag is filling up space in the whole so get that blooming thing out. Lol. Tough to argue with the science and there testing tho
Great job on the camera work Willow 👏 pin out for me Stuart up to about 30 feet after that I'll leave it in, I've a Bushnell that I bought about 15 years ago I'd guess, never let me down yet although at the time I paid €300 for it but well worth the money, good to see you back out again and hope alls well with your lovely wife 🙏
