As an Englishman I have to say I am impressed with how your Senators conduct themselves. These Senate hearings are fascinating, but what power do these Senators have over and above giving these people are hard time?
The U.S. Congress is based loosely on the English parliament with the Senate being like the House of Lords, supposedly the more conservative body. The U.S. House of representatives is the people's house based on the house of commons. All laws must be passed by both houses and the Senate has the exclusive power to approve presidential nominations.
Committees like this are supposedly to inform lawmaking and approval decisions but often turn into political grandstanding.

They've become the party of socialist marxist ideology, more guided by their insatiable hunger for absolute tyrannical power. Bidens bbb plan is to abolish all the things that have made this country great and build it back to a Bernie Sanders socialist (communist) state. His national mandates are just one example of his, "don't do as I do, do as I say" mentality. One would think that, after witnessing the failures of his policies, he would change course to correct them. But no, he won't so much as acknowledge the results and the impact on the American people and the country. We're in deep do-do if this administration remains in power for the duration of 4 years.

CRT is not being taught in any classroom k-12 across this nation. I don't think you guys even could explain what that is and where it is taught. Going off half cocked and threatening school administrators instead of acting like adults and sitting down willing to discuss your concerns is NOT good modeling for your children. Grow up. @@carolynsumners1567 We had an incident where a ELEMENTARY school teacher thought it was a progressive idea to separate white students from poc students & tell the white students they were "the oppressors" & the poc students they were "the oppressed." That's probably not a very constructive thing for elementary students. As far as CRT; I do know what it is. "Dr." Ibrim X. Kendy (or rather, Henry Rogers - nobody can seem to find his doctorate) basically plagiarized Karl Marx's "Critical Theory" slapped some more racist rhetoric on it & published it as a book. (Ironically though Marx was a racist himself) Henry Rogers s a race pimp & a grifter. But, true to form so many "progressive" white women heard about him & bought right in. Probably because they thought his "name" sounded African. Anyone who IS educated knows this. Not psuedo-intellectuals. It's perfectly acceptable for parents to stand up against the planting of seeds of future racism. And, making assumptions about entire swaths of individuals doesn't make you look smart either. ✌🏾
