Mathilda Rose just a lot of flexibility training...I stretch everyday, focusing mostly on my hips because they do get tight. I also always stretch after running, working on hip flexors the most :)
@@AmandaBisk Yes my hip flexors suffer too haha. I'll up the ante on my post-run stretch and see if my hip flexibility improves. Thanks for the response! :)
