    Lockdown in Adelaide day 4 . Motivate myself everyday with this workout challenge. Totally in love with the yoga moves. What my body needs right now , legs are sore from day 1 and 2. Stretches felt so nice. 🧡

    I am in lockdown number 2 in the UK now and your 14 days challenge is my Mission to do 😂 ordered myself a pair of Jeans and i hope to fit in them after the lockdown

    Hi Amanda! Loving your channel :) as a fellow lover of yoga AND running, how do you manage to have such open hips? Mine get so locked up from running..

      Mathilda Rose just a lot of flexibility training...I stretch everyday, focusing mostly on my hips because they do get tight. I also always stretch after running, working on hip flexors the most :)
