hello can I ask sth ant CSU ?
I don't understand marking point 3 :f no urine is visible in the catheter tubing:
cleans hands with alcohol hand rub, or washes with soap and water and dries with paper towels, dons a disposable plastic apron and non-sterile gloves prior to manipulating the catheter tubing.

isn't us clamp the Catheter anyway disregard of there's urine in tubing or not />?

In a nutshell,clamp the catheter if there's no visible urine and don't forget to unclamp afterwards.

Hi, the reading starts when the strip is out. The round 12 o'clock is just to make it easier for the counting ,vits easier to know when it is 30 seconds , 40 secs ......

Hi , lower abdominal Pain might be suggestive of UTI or symptoms of inflammation or infection. However , you go with what you have on the uristix reagent strip.

Hi, will advise you to write positive. write the number of pluses. There are 2 different charts, if you have the charts with the box under +++.
