The marking criteria says to document findings after disposing of equipment, however I would forget the results. Is it really okay to write while we are holding the dipstick?
Good day ma'am, but the marking criteria said we can verbalize waiting for the required time before reading the strip against the color chart, does that mean verbalizing that i waited for 30 secs before reading the result but actually i didnt wait for 30secs is allowed, kindly reply. thank you ma'am

If you have been already informed in the briefing that patient has no allergies then no need to check

You should do the urinalysis as per guidance from the manufacturer so the timing matters.
