I have a question, if the prescription has been placed in the PRN medication section, you mentioned that we would have to put a start date. would I just have to put "TODAY" and then the TIME and SIGNATURE inorder to complete the documentation?

You will need to put the exam date and signature

You can use any one of them but if you clean one ensure you use same one to flush
