    Ingredients
    4 fish fillets
    1/4 cup olive oil (or melted butter)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lemon, juiced and zested
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh, chopped)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    Use any season of your choice
    Instructions
    1. Prepare the Oven and Pan
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). ( Depending on your oven). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
    2. Season the Fish
    Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
    In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, parsley, salt, and black pepper.Brush the mixture generously over both sides of the fish fillets.
    3. Bake the Fish
    Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). ( Depending on your oven)
    4. Serve
    Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
