    Trottie, brother, will you please do a video showing your yardages for each club in your bag. I'm sure there's many of us lads out there that would greatly appreciate it. Nothing but respect for you, your knowledge of the game, and your passion for people's personal progress. Thank you, sir.

    Yup, looking forward to getting my brand new 56° MG4. Can't wait to get my hands on one. Fell in love with the MG2 60 the day i picked her up. Convinced me to swing the MG3 for my 52. Love it.

    Wow, so simple but a great vlog for me personally! Way over think each shot, rather than playing within my skill set and honing what I know I am good at! Being calm on course such a great bonus for me, also adds purpose to practice sessions so I can do it naturally on course

    Got to love the way you kept the trackman turned off. You went by rhythm, feel, & flow. You weren't afraid to move and paid attention to turf interaction. In my opinion, this is how you swing.
    You could feel 2* open for a fade and 2* closed for a draw. You didn't need to create an entirely different swing to change ball shapes.

    Quality content Trottie, gonna try the random aiming at my next range session warm up. Been using a similar metronome system for my putting but counting, 1 look at target, 2 look at ball, 3 back swing, and 4 contact. This along with plumb bobbing has improved my putting immensely. Will give the metronome a go on my indoor putting mat, it feels like it keeps the swing more uniform and repeatable.

    I play golf almost every day and play tournaments weekly. The first thing I do when I get to the course is hit some chips. Some days my eyes and hands just don't line up and it takes a little bit to get them connected. But I know if I hit enough chips I'll feel "warmed up" and ready to go to the range. Everyone is different but finding your own routine that makes you ready for the course will pay dividends.

    • @trottiegolf
      @trottiegolf  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      All depends on ball flight you're after, I think that was a feeling I was going for to hit a lower draw ball flight.

    Trottie, how do I make best use of Trackman? I want to book a session at my golf club but not sure what I can do to get the most out of it.

    • @trottiegolf
      @trottiegolf  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Make sure you're on a premium ball first.
      Compare normalized to what's actually happening.
      Work on your yardages, do wedges for the majority of your time.
      Check your path and face angle, see if you can move both and find neutral.
      Work on angle of attack with driver & see if you can hit that club in a way to optimize launch and spin
      Have fun with your ball speed numbers
      ..... Maybe I should do a vid on this 🤣😂

      @@trottiegolf you definitely should mate, more and more people have access to these technologies now. Anyway, I'll take your advice on board when I use it. It's indoors though so I won't be able to see the true flight unfortunately. But everything else I can do.
