Beach Avenue from Sunset Beach to Stanley Park is my favourite place in the whole world. On a sunny summer day, it's what heaven looks like. It's too expensive for me to live right ON the avenue, but I'm lucky enough to live just a couple of blocks away from it -- and I walk along there regularly.
It must be expensive to live that close to the coast and beach...can just imagine the views...and will always have to imagine as I'd never be able to afford to live there...LOL Thanks for the look around, Lusy. Bruce and Otis

I once looked at a suite in Tudor House, they're way out of my price range but I had to see the inside. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit was worth every bit the $3.75 million price tag, $1 million of that total is the perfect location, right next to the beach and Seawall and just minutes by bike to the downtown core or Stanley Park.
