Stephane, I loved your video of Lyon, France! Bouchon Tupin was great value for money and so delicious! Your style is closer to John Catucci than to Mark Wiens. My family avoids Mark’s videos. Just not our cup of tea.
Should not have been able to get that giant burger rare, it's not allowed under provincial health rules ..all ground meat dishes - burgers, meatballs, kofta etc must be cooked to medium to prevent food poisoning, even if they grind their own meats... I am a Vancouver chef, and have had my food safe since 1988... And you have to re-certfy every 5 yrs.
Mark weins would never be in Vancouver covering these dishes, just be honest, keep your opinions to yourself 😮he’s doing great. Why u gotta put down small channel, just enjoy life 😂🎉
