    예전에 산 만자리초콜렛이 있는데 유통기한이 지났으면 사용 안하는게 낫겠죠 ?ㅠㅠ

      얼마나 지났는 나에 따라 맛이 변하기는 하는데 잘 보관만 하면 지나도 상관없어요~ 맛보시고 괜찮으면 쓰셔도 돼요! 만약 녹이는 과정 중 농도가 되직하면 초콜릿 계량 무계 1%만큼의 코코아 버터를 같이 녹이시면 농도 조절이 될 거예요
