    Wow I watched a lot of mousse cake videos but this one is the most clear to follow and it's uncomplicated and easy to follow I loved it many thanks 💗💗💗💗

    I LOVE this, I will be attempting it too! Just wondered, when you mentioned good quality, what does it mean? Is ghirardelli chocolate bars considered good quality to use for the glaze? I have also seen chocolate bars that have nuts in them, can I use those too and not add the chopped nuts? Please do reply :)

      Hello! Good quality equals baking chocolate (couverture), I think Ghirardelli can work 🙂

      @@BakingNicky Oh okay, I didn't know that. Thank you so much for responding, I will be attempting this soon, I have Ghirardelli on hand, so I will use it for the first attempt, next time I go shopping, I will look for the baking chocolate and attempt again with it. I am super excited for it.
