Lucky for me my grandparents have a clock that sounds exactly like this. I fixed it myself :D
The quarter bell fly fan needs to be adjusted so it chimes faster

@@carwashslayer4235 it’s pretty gummed up my clock was doing the same thing it was extremely slow and I cleaned it up and oiled it it’s much faster now
