  • Have you recently injured your knee and need to tape your MCL to return to training and/or games?

    1️⃣ Ensure athlete is standing with knee slightly bent
    2️⃣ Apply stretch anchors above and below knee
    3️⃣ Apply anti-rotation strip for support
    4️⃣ Apply diagonal rigid strips in varus direction
    5️⃣ Overwrap with 75mm stretch tape
    6️⃣ Secure stretch with rigid strip
