Really enjoying your vlogs! I've never heard of the meaning of sparky before in terms of being asleep - such a cute phrase! I'm so glad you got to go on Tron. I had hoped to our last trip last year but it didn't work out. Next trip for sure! You have definitely convinced me :)
@@codekat6515 ahh yes I’m from west London originally and we say “sparko” to mean they are completely out of this world asleep 🤣 I’m an anxious Annie and scared of just about anything and I liked it! It’s all over pretty quickly. Give it a go you might enjoy it 🫶🏻
We got our virtual queue spot at 1pm and our return time was 9:20pm! Then I would say it was about 20 mins before we got on the ride though we had heard it can be as long as 45-60 mins in the middle of the day!
Woah that view at the Poly is drop dead stunning, we stayed at AOA last year but your hotel looks stunning, it must have cost you a fortune to stay thst close to the magic- Would you consider sharing costings of your stay?
We have Disney vacation club points so our hotel is already paid for, that helps a lot! We would never pay the cash price they charge for the Polynesian it’s crazy!
Lovely vlogs so far 😊 if you don’t mind answering, could we ask the age of your children during the holiday and did you use genie+? And if not, do you remember what the queue times were like and how the children were like in the queues? 😊
@@Adam2kk35 ah thank you! Of course, they are 3 and 4. We tried every day for virtual queues and then depending on where we ended up getting something we would decide if we wanted genie plus. In our minds magic kingdom it’s great but not so much everywhere else as the rides sell out quickly ( and the LL lines are actually still really long cough Hollywood studios!!!) You don’t see much of it in the blog because when they would be hanging off my ankles / running away / freaking out I couldn’t film for obvious reasons 😅 but I would say they were good for a max of 45 mins and then they kinda would lose the plot. It was just so very hot in some of the lines - not their fault!
@@platesandparenthood haha thanks for letting us know 😊 we’re looking g to possibly go next year with a 6 & 3 year old so trying to decide if genie+ or whatever they’re going to call it now is going to be worth it for the cost of it all, we’re thinking it won’t but it’s hard to find families/ people on YT who’ve been through it with younger children from the Uk 😊
@@Adam2kk35 I do think people tend to wait until their kids are slightly older so that the kids remember it, especially if it’s only a trip you’ll take once. I totally get it, but for us it’s so magically watching it through their eyes when they really believe it! But the toss up is it comes with the tantrums - package deal 🤣 I would say it’s something to budget for and see when you get there. If you don’t use it you have extra money for food / shopping or just to take home!

Love, love, love the vlogs so far and will be following your adventures along the way!!
So kind!! Thank you :D
Tron looks amazing at night, how long did you have to queue?

The 5 Princess Dresses which are of your highest priority whenever you go to Disney or a Princess Party.
Cinderella > Elsa > Rapunzel > Anna > Aurora
If you were asking penny, it would be either Elsa or Cinderella!! If I were 5, I’d go for princess Anna 🤣
@@platesandparenthoodAlso do you remember which Princess Dresses you have & is at least 1 of them a Light-Up Dress?
Such a nice day at the magic kindom, which is your families favourite park and ride?
Personally I think it has to be Hollywood Studios! We love Slinky Dog Dash a lot!
