Genius!! Protect your beautiful windows from hail storms and freezing cold winter weather and/or blizzards. Close when sun at hottest and prevent entire house from getting hot in summer. Can still keep opposite side of house windows open. Lots of light when not too hot or cold. Absolute genius. Bet nice and quiet without city traffic, lawn mowers, etc and see the stars at night rather than street lights. Thank you for sharing.

I usually don't like concrete buildings, but this one looks fantastic. It would have been nice to see more of the interior.

Very well considered design, especially how the Arch fits in the place and the connection it is making with the nature.

Yes and the view of the home from a short distance away very much looks like some form of boat or ship. I think the Ark is a fitting name.

It is quite amazing how the design development took shape. The end result seems surreal, especially in the dark of the night.

I really like it, if I designed it I would perhaps consider different external finishes but on the whole I love the design. I really like how you can close it up but if finances allowed I think I would want that major wall section to automatically open up with the rising of the sun each morning and close on a setting sun.

The Koniecznys really don't trust their neighbours, it seems.
