Is it possible to share mobile internet to ethernet? I already have ethernet to usb cable with me which can be connected to laptop. I want to extend my phone USB like some 20 meters.
I have the dongle, my phone is samsung A50s. In the setting there is ethernet setting for it. But i still couldnt connect it to my phone. Do you have any suggestion? Thank you.
Sometimes you need to disconnect and reconnect it again and make sure your wifi is off .and if you are connecting to any router which will assign the IP than keep it on dhcp .otherwise let it be on static ip if you are assigning the ip
Yes ,but it depends on the access point you purchased ...turn on the mobile hotspot in your mobile settings and assign user name and password it will work as access point wifi

I'm having a problem using an ethernet adapter on my Note 10. I plug the ethernet cable into the modem, there are lights in the port I plugged the ethernet cable into but not on the adapter. Like there is signal going into the cable, but not into the adapter.
Good question, Because i am using it as access point through it's own wifi connected to main router in another room that's why i don't need to pull any cable ...

@@thirdworldcountry7379 some old models of tp link doesn't support this feature even though they look same in shape but the model no is different. Regarding the quality it doesn't effect that much but if there is interference due to wall in between the speed will decrease.

Network technician and I visit a lot of switches It would help if I could just run a network scan from my phone, when plugged into a switch, but to be able to run scans on different subnets, so if the DHCP is 192.168.1.x, I want to be able to set my IP address to 10.1.10.x and do a scan over it 10.1.10.x, and then be able to switch back to 192.168.1.x and do a scan there as well

I think in oppo there is no usb c type so you will not be able to connect it and even if you get the connector for c type there might be a issue with OTG support
I saw some one used the belkin ethernet adapter with mate 9 ,which is working on EMUI 9 Version and for nova 5t it is version 10 so it should work. In airplane mode

It is not related to OS , all android versions should work only issue is UI which is manufacturer specific

Tested on my Galaxy A21s, DHCP is working, but I cant set static IP, save button was greyed out...
Restarting or reconnecting the ethernet cable might solve this issue it worked with mine
Connect the module and disconnect the ethernet cable from it and try configuring the static ip and then reconnect the ethernet cable

I'm having a problem using an ethernet adapter on my Note 10. I plug the ethernet cable into the modem, there are lights in the port I plugged the ethernet cable into but not on the adapter. Like there is signal going into the cable, but not into the adapter.
