People forget that without Kyrie Irving doing that MJ and Allen Iverson had a baby impression for the Cavs during the 2016 finals, LeBra would have at least one less ring. Just look at all the playoff games where James was basically a no-show, in his prime even. Look back at those Bulls championship runs and most if not all the games that the Bulls lost, MJ was still the fiercest competitor on the court. He simply never mastered the art of being mediocre the way James did.

      2017-18 lakers. 35-47
2018-19 lakers were 20-14 when LeBron James got injured on Christmas day.
As you can see When LeBron James joins a team, the team improves more than Michael Jordan and when LeBron James leaves a team, the team always goes into the tank.
Michael Jordan, excluding the 94-97 seasons, when the NBA moved the three point line to 22 feet, was a career 28% three point shooter. LeBron James is a career 34% three point shooter
Michael Jordan was a great defensive player, in an Era where you could handcheck. Playing defense is much easier when you can handcheck. For nearly 6'9 250 LeBron James' entire career he wasn't afforded the opportunity to handcheck.
THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR..LEBRON JAMES IS THE GOAT!!!!!
      I have added a Postscript
So many have replied, that LeBron james didn't make the playoffs his first two years and Jordan did. What they fail to say is, in 1985, 16 of 23 teams made the playoffs. In 2004, 16 of 29 teams made the playoffs. It was MUCH EASIER. Perfect example is the 1985 86 bulls went 30-52 and made the playoffs and the 2004 05 cavaliers went 42-40 and did not make the playoffs. Also, I don't know, possibly, maybe, Jordan had a HUGE ADVANTAGE considering he played three years of college basketball and LeBron James was 19 years old, and straight out of high school

    Rings don't matter?
That's how you know LeBron fans have become utterly desperate. The thing EVERY player trains for, diets for, travels for, bleeds and sweats for...means nothing. Should they mean everything? No. But to say rings are meaningless not only cheapens the value and the struggle to get them it contradicts LeBrons decisions throughout his career. How many of his decisions from leaving Cleveland to begging the Lakers to trade half the roster for AD were motivated in the pursuit of those "meaningless" rings? Shannon as a professional athlete just insinuated rings are meaningless. Not a fan. Not a news pundit. Not a analyst or agent. A effing HOF professional athlete. Dude will sell his damn soul in his quest to simp for LeBron. It's actually disgusting. Even more so when he had that debate with Tony Gonzalez years ago who's stats lap Shannons and his argument over Tony was literally I got rings.

I don’t even put MJ anywhere near leOverrated, there is no comparison. He was just a humble ex-NFL player, and Skip gave him a platform on Undisputed on FS1. His ego grew and grew. He left the show because he wanted to branch out and do his own podcast and make his own brand. He used the Hamlin tweet (Skip saying how the NFL game not counting would affect the playoffs) rather than worrying about the young man’s health… as a way for Sharpe to exit the show and claim he couldn’t work with Skip anymore. Just abandoned the show that made him.
